Paige Stewart

Paige has over 20 years of experience in corporate accounting and auditing. She has worked in the insurance industry for 16 years.

Paige has been involved in every significant catastrophic event since 2004, to include Hurricanes Charley, Frances, Ivan, Jeanne, Katrina, Matthew, Harvey, Irma, Florence, Michael and Dorian. Paige has experience with deployment, adjuster training on software and review processes, Inside claim handling, field claims, and file review. Her expertise includes residential, commercial, liability and flood claims. Most recently, she has been involved with quality assurance and file review.

As Quality Assurance Manager, Paige is responsible for assigning claims for file examiners and monitoring their productivity, training, and service level objectives. She excels at training her examiners, desk adjuster, and field adjusters to a higher level of understanding of the policies and processes for a variety of client carriers and Third Party Administrators (TPA), as well as collaborating to make corrections for field adjusters’ claim files to reduce cycle times. Paige is a primary force in Mid-America’s Quality Assurance strategies.

Paige is a 1995 graduate of the University of South Alabama – Mobile with a Bachelor of Science. She is NFIP Flood Certified and maintains adjuster licenses in 14 states.
