Xactimate is offered two ways.  With Xactimate Professional, you can use the product on all three platforms – desktop, online and mobile.  With Xactimate Standard, your Xactware ID is available only on the platform you choose at signup.  Getting or Renewing your Xactware ID is fast and easy and only takes a few minutes. Annual subscriptions and renewals offer the best value.

If you are already an Xactimate user and have an existing Xactnet address, you will be assigned a new XactNet Address. You can reach out to Xactware Support for assistance in reassigning your claims to your new address.

All subscriptions renew automatically but can be cancelled at the end of the subscription period.
