Bryan Gregory

Bryan Gregory is the Call Center Manager at Mid-America Catastrophe Services. Bryan is a talented and knowledgeable manager bringing more than 30 years of experience to the table. He is responsible for the management and motivation of our call center agents. His functions include auditing, coaching and feedback, issue resolution, center statistics, and client satisfaction. His team uses an industry-leading cloud contact software package that includes a robust data delivery package.

Bryan attended the University of South Alabama majoring in Business Management. Bryan enjoys fishing, cycling, and exceeding expectations. His favorite quote is from Muhammad Ali “He who is not courageous enough to take risks will accomplish nothing in life”.
