From A to Eta, we made it! Thankfully…

Today, we are just six weeks from making 2020 a memory. What memories we have made, too! We have stared down the most pervasive global pandemic since Influenza infected more than half the global population in 1918. We aren’t done with it yet. Not by a long shot.

We have lost over a quarter million Americans to COVID19. We have fought through quarantines and lockdowns that have cost millions their livelihoods. We have endured a divisive and momentous election year. Isolation and loneliness have resulted in a spike in mental health issues.

In addition to all of this, we experienced the busiest storm season on record. From A to Eta, the storms just kept rolling in. (You know it is a busy season when adjusters are Googling the Greek alphabet!) As of this writing, we are working an unprecedented four hurricanes concurrently, with thousands of claims stretching from Texas to Florida.

We have adjusted (that’s what we do). We have adapted. We have persevered. We have overcome.

At this Thanksgiving season, we at Mid-America Catastrophe Services are thankful for our partners, clients, staff, and the thousands of adjusters we have worked with throughout the year. We hope this holiday season finds you healthy, happy, and surrounded by those you love.

In the world of adjusting, we are always anticipating challenges; we understand inside the challenges is where opportunity lives. I mean, think about it…Catastrophe is in our name. Traditionally these opportunities are created by mother nature. 2020 has brought that and so much more.

Mid-America has received great reviews from our clients regarding our desk adjusters and the inside claim operations we provide to them.
